QUICK START GUIDE FOR RELIEF 

Getting Started:  For the Quick Relief Exercise you will want to extend the foot rest out far enough so you have a slight bend in the knees and position the roller bar just above your hips.

Position 1: 
 

  • Place your hands on the handles for control & support

  • Position the foot rest bar so that there is a slight bend in your knees when seated. 

  • Using your legs, push up and back, letting the roller move from the lower lumber to the top of pelvis

Position 2: 
 

  • With the roller at the pelvis position lean back 

  • Hold this position for a few seconds to allow the roller to work to loosen the soft tissues.

  • Be certain to control the pressure by using the handles and support to find the right comfort level.

Position 3: 
 

  • While leaning back at your own comfort level, begin to slowly lower your body down the roller to the center of the back. 

  • You may want to gently move the roller back and forth to massage any problem areas. 

  • Return back to the seated position and repeat.
