QUICK START GUIDE FOR RELIEF
Getting Started: For the Quick Relief Exercise you will want to extend the foot rest out far enough so you have a slight bend in the knees and position the roller bar just above your hips.
Position 1:

Place your hands on the handles for control & support

Position the foot rest bar so that there is a slight bend in your knees when seated.

Using your legs, push up and back, letting the roller move from the lower lumber to the top of pelvis

Position 2:

With the roller at the pelvis position lean back

Hold this position for a few seconds to allow the roller to work to loosen the soft tissues.

Be certain to control the pressure by using the handles and support to find the right comfort level.

Position 3:

While leaning back at your own comfort level, begin to slowly lower your body down the roller to the center of the back.

You may want to gently move the roller back and forth to massage any problem areas.

Return back to the seated position and repeat.
