60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY DETAILS
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason within the first 60 days from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept ‘bill recipient’ packages.
Customers are required to pay all import fees and duties on international orders.
International order returns/exchanges are not available currently.
